Hackle?

Ok I was thinkin bout tryin something new and addin some hackle to my jigs to make them look alil buggy, and I was wondering what is the steps to take? After I add my hair or Marabou then where do I put the Hackle and then do I wrap the Hackle from the back then put my chenille on? Any advise will be so helpful!!!
