Can anyone tell me if the 300c is any good? thanks

Reliable, good reputation, don't like the display resolution (too low, but got what I paid for) . Have owned 2 Garmins, rock solid performance. A cheapo FF, and a GPSMap 178. Don't remeber the specs on the 300c, but think it has much better resoluction than the 2 I had.

You would do as well if ya got a Eagle 350 cuda or better.

Can't tell you about the 300c but I have a 160 and whatever you see you can belive it unlike the Hummingbird or Lorwance in the SAME price range.

Next time I come down for a fishin butt-kickin at Enid, I got to get with one of you boys to give me a little tutorial on those electric thingys. I just can't seem to get it right --- Imagine that.

Don't forget to pack your butt iffen you want it kicked proper like. I'm just saying.

Well jimmydee one you wont have to worry about givin a butt kickin is WB cause DD is kickin his for ya right now..One more FJ and WB wont have a BUTT to Kick! LOL
