Maj...You have to empty both your inbox as well as your out box to get it to show zero. Thanks for the link.

hey, maj.... you can do a right click on the little box next to one of the pm and select all, then click the little box by any you don't want to delete and that will remove the check and leave those alone. at the bottom you select what you want to do with them, such as move to folder, delete, etc.
or you can click the little box on just the ones you want to do something with instead of all. confused??? I stay that way..
