Peckerwood Lake

I just realized this afternoon that Peckerwood Lake opened yesterday ( I guess it did.) It usually opens the day after duck season closes. Based on the duck season we had, duck season ended a few weeks ago!!!:rolleyes: I hope to get over there in a couple of weeks which will be earlier than I did last year. What ramp does everyone use? I hope to see some posts on how everyone does fishing there. Good Luck.

Going This Weekend

We finished up the season with a lot of ducks still here. The last day my youngest son, one of his buddies, and I killed 12 greenheads and 6 little ducks for our limit. Great hunt. The ducks that worked really came in fast and close. The closest was a greenhead that my son shot hovering 2' over a decoy about 15 yards out.
