How has the crappies been biting... heard there is a lot of current out there.

Not very well right now. lake is 2.5 feet down from normal and lots of current in the river. A few fish are being caught down stream around the 1-4 mile marker but the wind has made it tough to fish. Corps plans on leavingthe lake down to 4 feet below until middle February and then raising it 6 feet until July. Unless you get a break in the weather (no wind), I would wait until the lake starts rising agian and gets back to normal.
