I bought a 587ci back in July, and now the card reader will not work. Why you put the Navonics card in it will not read and then it will not pull out. I had to take my leatherman and get the pliers on it to pull out. Any ideas on whats wrong?

If by chance you put the sd in backwards, it will screw up the ejector. Have to send it back.Quote:

Cane Pole has a good point. If you force the SD Card in backward it will make the card reader where it will not eject the card out of the card reader. I would give customer service a call on Monday.
Thanks guys, I dont think it was in backwords as it still was reading just wouldnt eject out
