I saw your post about the quickrete pvc/boo attractors. Have you ever done any of these with just some stakes? I have access to alot of stakes and was wondering if you have ever used them in this application?

Never have used stakes, but I don't see y you couldn't. Should work fine..
I use basically the same method as SHOT on the forms but use cypress stakes instead of boo. I have an unlimited supply of 1"X1" and 1"X2" stakes up to 12' long from a saw mill. I normally put 12-15 stakes per form, 7' tall. These are then put out in groups of 10 in 12-20 FOW. Makes great attractors and lasts many years.
