I live in Tallahassee but never fish lake Talquin. Someone is coming down here from Pennsylvania in a week to fish for specks in Lake Talquin. Can someone give some helpful advise that might be helpful for finding and catching them this time of year. Thanks in advance.

Go up to top of page, do search for "Talquin" and read all the threads, etc......
Call Rusty at Lake Talquin Lodge, great guy and will help as much as possible. From what Im hearing, the reports are not that great right now. However they are bound to pick up soon, and I plan on being there next weekend
