Got a new unit I'm gonna try and get rigged. My plan is to switch it from front to back, using two ducers. I got the dual beam with the unit, and was wondering if anyone had used the wide scan or the quad beam and how you liked it compared to the dual beam. I'm thinking the quad beam may be useful on the transom, but I think I will have to switch the unit operating mode from dual beam to quad beam to do that. It doesn't appear to be that big of a deal though?
