Those are probably 2 different plastics and are hard too glue. Also, this is where the o ring seals out the water. I would RTV the crap out of it and use it.
Glob some (a lot) on the back of the connector, then shove the connector in the hole and smooth the excess. After this first application cures, add another layer of RTV to seal and support the connector. Don't get any RTV in the threads if you can help it. Tape the threads with making tape before first RTV application. It won't hurt the electronics. I know this works.:o
Option 2. Send it to me and I will do it for you.;)

If i had to guess on the repair cost, i would say it's around $150 if not a little more. Just a guess as i had a GM 4300 repaired awhile back and i think it was around there. May also be able to find that info on the website.

I have the 5200. Anything over 2 years old, Lowrance believes is throw away.
After initial disagreement I have to I bow down to Lowrance and agree with them.
My next GPS when my 5200 gives out will either be a Humminbird or Garmin product.
Thank you Lowrance, for giving me a clear choice.
Super glue it.
When It dies, ask Joby what Humminbird might have to fill its place.
