Just gettin into this craft/hobby and seem to be getting the hang of it. Picked the most productive colors on my home lake and gave them a shot. Here's what i came up with.

Very nice jigs for just beginning.You are off to a great start..
Nice work. How heavy a thread do you use? When I do thread bodies I use 210 denier and 70 when I use a chenille body. Hope this helps. Now lets see some fish with those in their mouth, Shouldn't take long!

For being your first jigs they are excellent I see nothing wrong with those jigs you do a good job keep up the good work.
I'm using the 210. Haven't tried chenille yet. Thanks everybody for the encouraging comments. Now i need some place to keep them. :)Quote:

I knew you could not resist posting the photos on the jig tying board. As I mentioned to you before, you are becoming quite good at this and I am sure the Crappie in your home lake will thank you. Congrats again on your new hobby. They look real good.
