Anyone going pheasant/quail hunting on the 14th? I will be, although it might not be much to write home about. It's always fun though, we go to walk-in land up near Seneca, KS. They say they have seen a decent ammount of birds this year so far, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. To all that go, be safe and have fun!
Going up by Westin Mo this Sunday. Then out to Jewel opening weekend, then Jetmoore the following weekend. Cant wait, it might be the one thing I enjoy more then fishing.
Headed to South Dakota Nov.13-16 to hunt pheasant.The landowner called and said alot of birds but hunting has been tuff.Due to crops have not been harvested with all the moisture they have had.
I usually do a little hunting here-and-there for the first few weeks of the season, but nothing very serious. I prefer my upland hunting in December especially with a trace of snow. If we get snow early this year, I may bump my calendar forward a bit.:D
