That fish eats so good I may have to go to the hospital to have my stomach put back in place. :eek: It is great grilled, fried, and blackened. There is a place next to where we are staying that will cook it for you. I am not sure of the exact weight of the meat but we have a couple hundred pounds. That fish weighs over 100lb's and I caught 3. The market value of that fish is over $1000 dollars. I am not sure how long but I would guess 50 minutes.:DQuote:
