I know the feelin, went out yesterday and the wind was howling out of the nw. Actually, when I was tying up to the bridge I fell out of my 12 ft john boat. It was not the highlight of my day (my girlfriend thought otherwise). Even though, I managed to boat 17 keepers, most 11-14 inches. Fun times. All of it
That is great news CrappieTexas. Glad you are catching some. Here, the river is way up and muddy, the Murvaul is up and off color. I hope to try them tomorrow are monday. Txcrappieman, I call that really getting in with fish. Glad you are Ok.
Thank ya sir, I hope ya tear em up when ya go. Good luck
CrappieTexan,
I've never fished RC, but will be fishing there October 17. Where would you recommend fishing that time of year? What about places to fish if the wind is a factor? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
dd
