Where did you read the article? Sounds interesting.
I am not real sure. A guy i work with had a couple magazines at work. I think it was Crappie Extra. I will check tomorrow to see if it is still atr work.
Ben using Carolina Rigs for Crappie for more years than I care to, or can remember. Of course, I am from North Carolina.
Monk Monk's Crappie
Earl the article was in the April/May 2009 Crappie World Extra. I read it again today. It is a very interesting article, but like I said it doesnt give a whole lot of info about weights. I am going to try it next week when I am off work. I will let you know how it goes.
Monk what weight sinkers do you use? They look like 1/2oz. I have used carolina rigs for bass and use 1oz. Pretty sure that would be to big for crappie. Have you ever used minnows on them?
