I am in a 15' john boat, but did do some pallets on a local lake here in AR last summer. I had to do them 1 at a time, but they were easy to get intot he water. I just placed them on 2 2x4's with the ends of the 2x4's on 1 side of the boat. When I got to the point of interest, I just picked up the ends that were in the floor of the boat and lifted, they just slid out of the boat, and into the water, no scratches on the boat at all. Shold work on a bass boat also.
One option I tried and like pretty well is hauling them behind the boat. I did this with 15 foot trees but it should work equally well with pallets as long as you keep your speed slowww. When you get them where you want them just pull one off and sink it. I did it a lot before I got my pontoon boat. An idea. Tear em up
Are Y'all putting them out with any kind of current being an issue? If so, How You keeping them in place? Thanks. CF
I have a few pallets stacked and placed along the bank of my pond. I tie them up good and attach electrical wire and fasten to the bank on a small piece of pvc. This probably would not be that great on open water but there generally are small bushes or trees that you could attach wires.
