Don't know but if you see any of my kin folks down that way tell them hello and that I spent the lotto money so stop calling! lol

There isn't any, that I could find on my KY Atlas/Gazetteer ... but, that doesn't mean that much, since a lot of creeks have a proper name AND a "local name" (that may be totally different).Quote:

Unfortunately, neither one is a good choice for bank fishing. All of the surrounding land of Herrington Lake, is private property. Cedar Creek does have bank access, but it's limited and the access areas are relatively shallow water areas or the deep water timber is out of range of most people's ability to reach by casting from the shoreline. It's not so much a problem, during the Spring spawn, as the Black Crappie tend to spawn in less than 4ft of water & around the many logs & limbs that are washed into these shallow areas.
Another consideration, is that ramp use on Herrington requires paying a fee (and it varies from ramp to ramp). Cedar Creek's ramps are free to launch from.
