Chowan 8 22 09

Launched at Gatesville, fished close to the ramp just in case the thunderstorms rolled in :cool:
Water temp 84 -85 fished deep 12-19 ft also shallow right up close to the "reeds" growing along the shore............... no difference in size or number of fish caught.................
Caught several very small cats, gills , couple of yellow perch all released except a big shellcracker the wife caught and a big cat my son caught..........
really slow this year:(
