Saw this on our local news last night.

Cut that baby up into nuggets and fry 'em up. Would also make a heck of a catfish stew.

That has got to be the biggest catfish i've ever seen and probably ever will see:) and he grabed him by the mouth:eek: ya couldn't pay me enough to do that... It was scary big:eek:

I read an article about it the other day on cnn. The fish won't be a State record because it was caught on a jug. It was 20# larger than the current State record.

The neat thing about a Flathead is the taste of the meat and the thickness of the skin are exactly the same on a 2 pounder as it is on that monster. Flatheads really eat well.
