Is there anyway we could save the jig pictures to an archive, so we could refer back to them? It would be nice if all jig pics were entered, but if not
at least the jig swap pics. This is invaluble to refer back to colors, sizes, jig
heads and materials. I think the excellent pictures Flatfish posted for jig swap
#10 was what prompted this request.
Yes, this is a great idea! It is very hard to look thru posts to find that one that you think you saw two months ago. Please consider a jig picture refrerance library.
Great Idea!! I know AWMiller was gonna try and keep the pics from swaps somewhere but not sure if that happened.

Every picture you post will take up room you are allowed on crappie.com. Eventually you will not be able to post any kind of picture unless you delete some down the road. This is not a picture storage site like photobucket.com.
Anyone can have an account on photobucket and just give a link to it so anyone that wants to look can and I have made post before giving links to my pohtobucket for anyone that wanted to look. However my site is better for looking because I don't have any advertising on my site, not search windows and no banners and no pop ups.
Not that long ago I ran out of space on crappie.com and had to go back and delete old pictures so I could make new ones.
SO what you are asking is for Slab to pay to keep the pictures for everyone and that you can ask if you want to, but remember it cost to use space on the internet so you would be asking him to pay more.

I would start a photobucket.com account or make a folder dedicated to jig pictures, save and upload all of the ones you like and they'll be there.
then maybe skip can sticky the link?
