Take a cake pan and drill a hole in each end. Then bend a clothes hanger to fit. Use long nose pliers to put jigs in and to remove them.

I use old pie pans, line them up around the edge. The eye keeps the side of the head from touching the pan and you can get a whole bunch in one.

You might want to try all thread - keeps the jigs from sliding around.

With this set up you can take the rods out, load them up with jigs, and set it back in the pan. Unloading is real easy also.
