Pasquotank River 8 1 09

Not catching much on the Chowan so fished the Pasquotank River just north of Elizabeth City................
Took my son , been awhile since we fished together.......... didn`t catch a cooler full but caught and released enough for a good fish dinner..........
Fishin REALLY slow this year for some reason, catching a few very small gills , but haven`t done very well at all.
Think the lack of rain has moved them back up in the creeks / swamp. My son said he caught spots in Elizabeth City ......... (close / across from the CG base)

nice pics and report! Too much rain here.

Good report. We have had too much rain here...had over 5 inches this week.

We had about 4" here the last week, messed up fishing but I'm going tomorrow anyway:D
