ok, my Garmin seems to have directions ass backwards. Yes, i'm following directions correctly. I used it the other day to go out into the county and it lead me a quarter mile off and on the wrong side of the road.
Anybody know why this might be?

Were you going to an address? Address data isn't very good in some rural areas.
Yes to the address. I was out in the boonies. It got me on the right road, just not the right address, I knew I was in trouble when 5 pit bulls were standing at the gate when I drove up...no way in hail I was getting out of my truck...;)

That can happen & does out in boonies, when I stop at my nieces dairy farm in NE texas, car Garmin will get me to about 1/5 mile of her short tar road cause the area's maps are wrong. when they did the last Goverment mapping (for 911 system I think) her road did not exist & hasn't been mapped yet.
