Wapsi- another resource
I was thumbing through a fly fishing mag with my son the other day, saw an add for popper bodies by Wapsi co. Nice poppers indeed. Well heck, went to their website today, man they have more than meets the eye. Click on the Wapsi logo- top center of page.
Welcome to Wapsi Fly, Inc.

Actually I think Wapsi gets their popper bodies from Rainy's. But yeah they're really nice, and Wapsi has a great catalouge.

I really like Wapsi products particularly the antron chenille. But, unless they have changed, they only sell wholesale to companies. An individual cannot order from then. Least that's the way it used to be a year ago.

ITS STILL THAT WAY"...

The only think I have against Wapsi is if you don't have a tore front ( bricks & Mortar) they will not sell to you even if you are a commercial tier or even if you want to sell on line.
So for these reasons I do try to avoid them at any cost. So I guess I am not as fond of them as some here.

I got dealer ship status back in the spring but never ordered anything from them as they have a 200.00 min order. Prices ar a little bit cheaper than harline but not by much

The only reason I ever buy their materials is for some colors that I can't get from Hareline or other sources. I would have been buying from them for a few years now if I could, but I actually like other neck hackle better than theirs as theirs is the shorter type usually. I know the longer ones cost more because there are less of them available in that length. Love the longer webby ones.
They do make some other things I like, but can get close enough in other places so really don't need them.
