Help with Hummingbird

I have a 787c2 humming bird with thru hull transducer it is reading depth right and gps is working right, but it will not read structure or baitfish it has always worked great any help would be appreciated

One thing to try under the sonar Tab in the menu and change your beam select to 200/83khz. This give you a wider cone angle of the bottom.
