I took some Lawry's Caribbean Jerk Marinade (in a bottle) and poured it all over some fresh fried crappie and catfish and WOW is all I can say. I let the fish crisp up a little extra in the oil (this is important as you don't want it mushy at all), then as soon as I took it out I poured the Caribbean Jerk all over it and turned the fresh fried fish over a few times and they were awesome. Give it a try.
