Alligator Clip

Powder painting pill head underspins. Have done the dip the swivel in the water, Worked alright.

Don't like the aluminum foil, not gonna do heat shrink!

Ran across a thread on the www. someone was using alligator clips . Picked up some cheap clips. Took the Dremel too them and cut the tiniest notch. Just so the hook can fit & the teeth close on the clips..

Heat jighead in hand and grab swivel with the clips, Dip in paint. Worked like a champ!



Had too bust some paint off the eyes, very minimal paint wasted

1/16 pill heads in Chrome, Glow FL Green and Candy Orange

JigJunkie, I add a little touch of super glue before putting eyes on...

There's gotta be something similar that you could do on the hook eye too.

Magged Out, when I first saw your jigs I wondered why in the world you'd go with a pill head. Then I saw the picture with the eyes. I love it! Looks awesome.
