Modify the Do-It mold. Only problem it is one at a time. Take this mold and put some JB weld in the bottoms and make a pill head. Eagle Claw has a # 3 hook also. The mold is 1/4. 5/16 with filler will get you close to 1/4 oz. I use ProPoxy.
