Can you paint vinyl eyes over power paint?

You'll want to make sure the powder paint is completely cured, then you can use our Vinyl Lure Paint. It has a strong enough solvent base to bite in and stick. You don't have to, but adding a clear coat will increase durability and also the Vinyl paints dry flat so the clear will gloss them up. You can use the Vinyl Clear Gloss or the Seal-Coat.

I use oil based paint and then I bake them over powder coat. Bakes in nice.
