I start out with 2 tablespoons of clear - I have clear from ProTec, Rosys, Orbit and Columbia Coatings it all works well. Then I put in 2 teaspoons of glitter and shake it up really well. Heat a head and do a test dip and see if it comes out the way you want. If you want more glitter add by 1/8th of a teaspoon, if you get more glitter than the clear will disperse you'll get a lumpy head just add more clear.
It's a lot of test mixing till you get what you want but learn this valuable lesson WRITE EVERYTHING YOU DO DOWN!!!!! take it from dumb bell here. I have this really nice mix I made up and I never wrote it down and can't remember how to make it. Everything gets written on the paint cup cap when I get it where I want it.
Well I finally found who distributes the NicolesCraft glitter - Sbar's Inc. apparently bought them and is the distributor for for it and I gotta tell you they have some colors in it that I REALLY WANT!!! I have an email into them asking who besides AC Moore (local store I get mine at now) carries it.

I'll let you know when I receive an answer.
They have some super hot colors in there. From what I can gather from the site a person has to have a business account with them to order and to get pricing.
Yeah pretty much!! When they were first re-designing the site you were supposed to be able to find everything and you can't
Candy Paints | Pearl Paint | Thermochromic Paint | Metal Flake.
This is where I get my micro glitter. It is a true 0.004 size and used in automotive paint mostly but is very good in powder paint.
I have a couple of the pearls from PWP. It does double duty, being used in both plastic and powder paint.
Well they got back to me - each person would have to send a request through their site. Basically:
"A friend showed me this glitter and we don't have the store he gets it from. Could you give me a list of stores that carry it near (your town, state, zip)
They'll shoot you an email back, some of the ones listed on the one he sent me didn't carry it in the store but they would order it for you.
