    Default Powder Paint?

I was about to order a couple jars of Pro-Tec powder and was just wondering if there is much of a difference between it and other powder paints. It looks real simple to use but comparing the price per ounce to other paints it's a little higher. Is it worth the money? Any other info on powder paint I would welcome. Thanks

We have bought from several places jann's netcraft, barlow's tackle, crazyangler.Try to buy in the off season fall seeems to have best prices. The powder paint from jann's netcraft with their name on it seems to turn out the best for powder painting.Do know what the difference is but seems to flow better and last longer, cures faster. Am sure their are better and cheaper places.

I prefer Jann's to Pro tec powder as well. Jann's has a pretty decent price on 2 oz and 4 oz jars when bought in multiple (more than 4 jars). It just flows better and adhears better.

One time I needed some white PP in a hurry and none was available. A friend of a friend runs a powder coat company so he called him for me. Figured 1/4 pound would last me a long time. When I went to pick the paint up, I was shocked! Waiting for me was gallon bag chock full of paint! I just knew I was going to get stopped by the law on my way home with that gallon bag of white powder in my truck! LOL

I tend to buy from Rosey's PowderCoating and I but a whole lot of 200% clear which I mix with everything to really smooth the flow. Every color is a bit different even from the same supplier so its a trial and error every time I get or create a new color,

Auto body shops that do powder coating. A 4oz jar to them is worthless to an extent.
    Think about it……

Have some from Janns, ProTec, Rosy's, Columbia Coatings, Orbit they all work good and cure the same.
