Default Top coat for 3-D Eyes with chartruese powder paint.

Has anyone found a good clear top coat that does not react to chartreuse powder paint. I have tried a few different products now with the same results. Thanks for any help.CF

I don't clear coat them but do use some Duco cement to make them stick better. Haven't lost any yet including Doll eyes which stick out from the head.

Component Systems Seal-Coat or UV blast works quite well and will not cause discoloration.

I dot the area of the 3D eyes with Krazy glue. Then run over the top with Sally's but will bleed pending how fast you paint!!!!
