Walleye charter on Lake Erie

Had the pleasure of being invited to join a few friends on a season ending charter Saturday. The lake was beautiful. One foot waves. South wind at 3mph. Headed straight north from port out to 65 foot and dropped lines in the water. Had four in the box in the first ten minutes. Dipsy divers and down riggers were all that we used. Spoons and shallow diver stickbaits were the baits. In two hours we caught over thirty walleyes. Kept our four man limit and tossed the rest back. Only two were short. A fun day on the big lake.
