Pa Special regulation areas

I just had to remind two young men that the open water on The Yellowbreeches creek was closed. They said we are fishing catch and release. I replied that area starts below the signs about 50 yrds down stream. This happens every year. I assume some just do not read the regulations and or do not observe them.
They appeared to be doing very good as both had trout on when I saw them.

Most likely a little of both, AA. Back in the military there was an old expression “There are always that 10% that never seem to get the message. We call them #&@*$!”. LOL
