    Default Crappie spawn starting at Sayers Lake


    The crappie spawn is just getting started at Sayers Lake, Bald Eagle State Park. Not a lot of action, but caught a coupleName: IMG_20190511_163932121.jpg Views: 600 Size: 77.5 KB larger ones yesterday like this 12-incher.

    Went to Sayers this evening. Slow bite until about one hour before sunset, then caught over 20 black crappie. Included some gorgeous males that were almost pitch black. All back in the water to catch another day.
