Lackawanna River?

Not crappie but does anyone know anything about catching trout in the Lackawanna? It seems that they stocked it with some tagged trout worth some money if caught. She and a friend want to get rich catching some LOL and the only thing I know about fresh water trout is what I learned when I ate one once. Appreciate any info you can give her like type of pole, bait, etc. Thanks, Bill

I do some tagged trout tournament. The best one is the Chambersburg noon lions club held first weekend in May. Big bucks and plenty of tagged fish.
