Shenango

Fished Shenango Wednesday. Most of my spawning spots were devoid of fish. I fished deeper water and found some but very few were eleven inches. Most were short fat Black's with some thick fillets on them. Kept fifteen eaters. While I was there, I checked outa couple of my older bluegill bedding spots. There were some there but not like previous years. I'll check again around the June full moon.

I've been catching some while trolling out in 14-18 fow. Usually around 12 foot deep. Many were between 9-12 inches. They are suspended under the schools of bait fish. Everytime I wold go through a bait school I would either get a white bass or crappie.. A few cats are also showing up.

Headed up in the morning to troll some 300 bandits for crappies. My buddy from Ky custom painted some 355's he got from overseas and I'll be using those too.
