Sunny 77 deg on March 8. I took the day off and went fishing. Fished Pinchot for 2 hours without a bite. Also not another fishermen except myself and a friend. Left And went to Marburg after lunch and got 3 nice crappie . One was 13 inches. Not a banner day for catching but it is a start. There were a few others fishing also with little to no results. Hope to get out in a few days again. My friend and his wife had there first child 8 days ago and it was his first time away from the baby as he is on vacation. He must have checked his phone 10 times. I think he had a good time just being away and fishing.
