    Very nice...really big redears!!

    Caught my first ever White Perch back in May 2000 when I was in Mass. on a flyrod...pretty much have the same type of battle and look like our White Bass w/o the stripes.

    Fatman........... the perch are great on the plate, very few bones, firm white flesh ( I don`t fillet them)
    Pokerface12................ cleaned them and dipped in milk then rolled in cornmeal deep fried in a Fry Daddy, with side of deep fried potatos , brown beans.... mmmmmmm good !

    How deep were the shellcrackers?
    I caught one cracker fishing for white perch in the Nottoway. About 8' or so.
    Do gooder since April 26, 2009!

    ShellQuacker............ all fish caught close to bank / shore in 4 -5 foot of water with our "favorite" bait.......... nightcrawlers under a bobber............. itching to try out my new flyrod soon as water warms up a bit :-)
