I usually only eat crappie and catfish - how do sunfish taste? I filet both crappie and catfish so there are no bones in them (kids eating too!). Can you filet these so they are bone free? I have heard in the past they taste great but are 'full of bones' - what's the story?Quote:

i would have done it all along had I known they would filet just like any other fish and be boneless - I was always to worried about having my kids eat fish with bones (actually, worry about myself too :))
