Hertford has a nice boat ramp (but limited parking) water front park, no charge for the shelter, cook hot dogs and hamburgers ?
There is a bass club in Elizabeth City that fishes out of there / uses the ramp........
I`m open to any and all suggestions..............

A bream bash sounds great to me. 1st or 2cd weekend in august will be great for me too. I will help all I can. We would need to find out if the bass club is having a tourny one of those weekends so that there would not be a nightmare at the ramp and parking. A small entry fee would be fine with me. Maybe 5 bucks a person. winner takes all. Looking for fun and fellowship mainly with the winner taking a little cash and bragging rights. Whatcha think? A little more money would be fine but I would not want to discourage anybody from coming if they are on a tight budget. Hotdogs and Hamburgers would be fine too if turnout is gonna be fair. Maybe something to look at closer to the time. Holler at me for Your thoughts and input.

I will let You know about the Roanoke Tournament. that is a bad time for me (First Sat in June) but wish i could make it. I will be seeing my seed dealer rep in a couple weeks and will get the info on what ramp and entry fee and all that jazz from him as he is the one that told me about it. Also, The tournament is not restricted to the Roanoke. I know some were running to Scuppernong river and Perquimins river for that tourny. That is a haul and can be dangerous for a smaller boat on the sound. Will let You know soon. CF
