The lake is rising - finally
All fish were caught using 2lb Yo-Zuri Hybrid or izorline XXX. Auto jig (1/32nd #6 hook) was used one trip and the Chub Belly Spinner 1/48th #6 EC hook, 00 Willow or Indiana blades, for the other 2 trips. Jigs were tipped with crickets.
Water temp ranged from 64*F to 68*F, trolled in 17 to 24 FOW. Lots of big fish are cruising these water - post & pre spawn - feeding on hatches and baitfish.
Some pictures are of the same fish - on the board & landscape. All fish were released and are waiting to be caught again....

You catch some of the best bluegill in North America, Sonny. I'm always delighted to see these California monsters.

I'd like to just step foot in California one day!!
