    Default Fisherman and Hunters delicacy.

You are probably wondering why I am posting this on the Crappie. com. I think this will be interesting. I hunted hounds for over 25 years. They treed Bear, Mountain Lions, Raccoons, and Bobcats. They even ran a few Deer and Elk. Cougar meat looks like Pork but some smell like Venison and others smell like Elk. It depends on what the cat was feeding on. I skinned the cat after I got it out of the woods. Then I had it cut up bye a Butcher. We first boiled the meat in a pressure cooker. After it was cooked I then ran it threw a grinder(meat only). Then grounded up Sweet pickles, onion, added salt and pepper. Mixed together and mix mayo into bowl also. Apply to bread and make a sandwich. I also do Ducks, Geese, Bear, Elk, with this recipe. This a good way to fix wild game especially if you have some one is a little finaky about what they eat. They won't know what it is.

I tried it once too and now I'm terrified of dog's! I used to be afraid of height's but now I'll climb the tallest tree and for some reason Im digging my finger nail's in the carpet.I think I might need a therapist.I'm going to call DR Bob Cat right now!
