    Default Blackened Bluegills

I'm sure everybody has tried blackened fish at some point.
I have eaten my share of blackened salt water fish.
But blackened bluegill filets are some of the best.
I use Chef Paul's Blackened Redfish Magic.
A little salty but very good.

Good looking meal, I would definitely have a side of grits to go with it. Of course grits go good with many meals.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
