Front came thru today and shut down the crappie bite, they flat up and vanished from where I found them yesterday. Temp was up to 55F in the lake, cloudy, windy. I looked around to snipe some more bluegill and redears, and managed quality if not quantity. Only fished 3 hrs, but I got a few quality bream, including the biggest cracker of "25 so far. That fish fought like a demon (released after pictures). If you zoom in on the last pic, it shows what I'm seeing on the Livescope that I was casting to.

Wiggler on bare 1/32 oz. jig w/#6 sickle hook (I buy these by the hundred, powder coat various colors, and use them anytime there's a high risk of a snag, like around fallen trees). I find using a jig head instead of a bare hook results in 99% less gut hooked fish when using wigglers.

Going again in the AM. Got bad weather moving in late Saturday, and I'm playing a blues gig Sunday.
