    Default Hibernation over?

Finally hit the 40 degree mark yesterday morning so decided to catch some sunshine on the front porch. Couple hours later I was fishing and little gills were cooperating on the jig/waxworm combo, probably caught 30-40 in just a couple hours. Biggest fish was a Redear maybe 7". It's a start. Plan on fishing every day this week with temps in the 50's and 60's.

I'm ready for it to warm up. Sound like an enjoyable time.

    Congrats on getting out !
We’re supposed to hit 70 this Wednesday.
It’s a roller coaster this time of year.
Going try to take the boat back out again.

Great to hear that you got out and found a few fish. I know how cabin fever eats at you. I fished both days this past weekend, but I didn’t have no britches like those you were sportin. Saturday was bluegill day for me too. I’m sure they’ll get bigger for you as the water warms and they get busy again.

I didn't fish in my pajama pants but did wear them or a pair like them while trout fishing at one of our trout parks. Girl at the store asked me if wearing them was an accident and told her "No, I wear them on purpose." Actually got a lot of compliments on my attire that day. I didn't buy them, wife bought several pair.
