Went to Bass Pro today, bought some 8lb braid. Casting distances are lower than the 4lb I was using, but not having any breakages was absolutely amazing.

I was also able to put even more tension on the fish, preventing them from escaping.

Got 10 fish in just over an hour, all beautiful and really nice sizes! Some of the pictures show a crickhopper for size comparison. I really need to bring a measuring tape.
