My neck was causing problems about a year ago- happened to be spinal stenosis and bulging disks! C5-7. Pain ran all the way down both arms! Might want to get that looked at. Had surgery on mine in late August and just now fishing pain free! I would recommend a neurosurgeon instead of an arthroscopic one. Anything around the spinal column needs neurological expert.
