Had a scan scheduled for early afternoon and had to fast so to occupy my mind I snuck out to my office for a few hours. Once again, nothing stellar to speak of except the quiet and lack of boat traffic. No giants but a couple of noteworthy friends came to visit, and one I’d like to have met broke my line after I tried to move it at least three times. I think it was a mudfish or maybe a big Gar but they always run some and this one just hunkered down and said no. However, this was my first today of near a dozen, gotta love em.

Moved around and fishing was just enough to keep me happy and the wildlife was also about. The Warmouth were also out a little today, and a small LMB showed up too.

And I just love a Warmouth that you can lip with room to spare. I thought it was another LMB. A great recharge and just three hours invested. I hope y’all get out and get some of the same, I know you deserve it. No matter what she says. Til next time we meet with a smile…..Skeet
