One fish Two Fish !

For the last three days the Town pond has given up two fish each fishing trip .
Most were caught using a 1/32 Crappie Magnet jighead with a Sowbug or Bison ( yesterday) Trout Magnet body .
Today I started off fishing my 6’6” St Croix Triumph light rod , but it felt heavy to me , so I took the Daiwa Legalis LT 1000s off it and put it on a 5’6” four piece St Croix Triumph UL travel rod that I keep in the RAV4 .
Weather was warmer than the last couple days and the wind was variable with occasional gusts but the UL combo loaded with 2# P-line would zip the 1/32 jig a good distance.
In the 2 hours I fished I had two bites , caught two fish , the last one being a little chunk , worried me getting it slid up the bank on the dam side .
But the little bass behaved and I was able to land both on the 2# test .
